Balanced engineering constraints, user trust, and business KPIs simultaneously — not sequentially. The CareConnect caregiver pool dropped from 850 to 170 while shift coverage held.

Research I've run has redirected sprint priorities (Cargotec), reshaped client roadmaps (Wunderman Thompson), and caught a 38% onboarding drop-off before it became churn (Eezy Core).

UX & Service Design

Led Cargotec's first-ever internal user persona initiative. Delivered service blueprints at Wunderman Thompson that became the strategic foundation for client product direction across 6+ engagements.

Co-creation & Facilitation

Run workshops across retail, finance, healthcare, and public sector that turned undefined client problems into scoped, buildable design strategies.

UI Design

20+ projects shipped. The shift card hierarchy redesign cut mobile task completion by 34%. Interaction quality directly affects adoption — the analytics prove it.

Prototyping

Prototypes I've tested caught the issues that would have cost weeks in engineering: wizard step drop-off, handoff form omissions, pay display confusion that was making workers decline shifts.

Usability Testing

Moderated sessions I've run moved real numbers: 38%→11% onboarding drop-off, 54%→19% mobile order abandonment, 65% fewer pay-related support contacts.

AI-Integrated Workflow

I use AI throughout discovery and synthesis — not only to generate design ideas, but to interrogate assumptions and stress-test rationale before opening Figma.

Prompt-Driven Prototyping

Claude & Codex support rapid prototyping and dev handoff, cutting design-to-handoff cycle by 40% — adding a full extra iteration round per sprint without adding time.

Human-AI Collaboration

Designed the AI features users actually trust. The match rationale layer in Eezy Customer dropped coordinator override rate from 31% to 9% — because transparency earns adoption.
